We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@agnifoxindia.online with your order details and photos (if applicable).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
